Rental Rules and Code of Conduct
1. Please respectfully leave the facilities the way you found them.
2. No Outside Food or drinks allowed. No food or drinks allowed in swing zones. Dispose of all waste in designated areas. Alert Staff of any mess.
3. “Clean Play” Policy (Complimentary Cleaning Station)
a. Clean shoes – This keeps our grounds nice!
b. Clean Clubs and Balls – No ball markings and free of all dirt or debris.
c. Clean Hands – Stay Healthy!
4. No Spike shoes allowed, Athletic or Spike less Golf Shoes Recommended.
5. Practice Swings must only be on the Soft hitting strip in the center of the hitting mat. No Happy Gilmores, trick shots, or hitting the ball from your friends face!
6. Be Cautious of Projectors and TVs during practice swings and celebrations.
7. Guests are restricted from areas marked Employees Only and unoccupied swing zones.
8. Children under the age of 14 cannot be left unsupervised at any time, and is not permitted without supervision of an adult over 18.
9. Use of any type of tape or other adhesive for decoration on the walls, ceiling, windows, doors, etc. is prohibited. No confetti, glitter or celebratory messes permitted. Any decorations to be approved by staff.
10. If paying with credit card, an authorization hold may be placed on your card until your rental period is complete.
11. Only operate Simulator mouse or keyboard inside of Golf simulator programs. Ask Staff for further assistance.
12. No Foul language or disruptive noise is permitted to maintain a Respectful and Family Friendly environment.
13. Misuse of equipment or damage to the facility will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund or further legal action.
