League Info

The Rules and Regulations of solo league and tournament events are as follows: 

All play will be executed according to the parameters set in the specified software which is influenced by USGA official rules. GS Pro will be the software of choice for the duration of the defined competitions. All standard Swing Kings Indoor Golf policies are in effect. 

*There will be a Gross points winner and at least 1 net points winner. 

*Ladies or Seniors(50+) and Novice Players will play from the appropriate tees. All Golfers Welcome!

*A Seasonal league consists of 10 weeks of competition.

*Swing Kings Leagues will consist of 18 hole rounds designed to take 1 hour to play.

*Weekly closest to the pin must be submitted during your round (Alert Swing Kings Staff to have distance to the pin recorded.)

*Scorecard must be recorded by staff after round to be eligible for any points and rewards.

*Handicaps are realized after the first round and is an average of  your best 3 rounds of past 5 played ongoing throughout the season. New competitors will play the first 3 rounds at Zero handicap and then with figured handicap average moving forward. Scoring will be based off Bankers Handicap and other mentioned parameters(Bonus Points) during the first 3 weeks for Net Scoring. On week 4 through week 10, Bankers handicap scoring will be replaced with Points scoring listed below as established handicaps will be considered. The final 3 weeks are considered the Playoffs and will be awarded Double and Triple Points. The leader in points at the end of competition on week 10 will be crowned the active Swing Kings seasonal champion. (12/18/23).

*Max Handicap is 18, No Minimum Handicap. (3/18/25)

1. Non-Member Entry fee: $150 Upfront (Winter) or $50 upfront (Spring, Summer, Fall) at registration and $30 due each week after your round for a total of $450 (or $300) per golfer ($300 covers 10 hrs. of simulator rental at 40% off standard rate , $100 covers a seasonal Swing Kings Membership, $50 will contribute to overall winnings). Payment due upon sign up or first week of competition. Additional simulator time to finish a slow league round, or other practice or play at discounted League Member Rate (40% off). Membership discount valid for 3 month term during season. 

2. All competitors will play from the same tees throughout the season.

3. All match settings will be set per event and must be consistent for all competitors.

4. No Mulligans will be allowed for players (except weekly bonus winners when applicable), however the option will be turned on to ensure strokes are properly accounted for in the case of an error.  

5. Uneekor game improvement tools including Club path preview will be available during competition.

6. In the case of a non-read, regardless of the reason, Swing Kings staff must be notified to correct any situation without negative consequences. The shot must be hit again until read. These things will happen, but are continuing to improve and be more of a non-issue as technology/knowledge progresses.

7. In the case of an accidental read when placing the ball, Swing Kings staff must be notified to use the mulligan feature to rectify the score.

8. In case there is an uncontrollable Simulator issue such as a freeze up or unforeseen software glitch. Swing Kings staff will attempt to remedy the situation by recording the current round progress and restarting the round on the tee box of the unfinished hole after a reboot.

9. Round settings are specifically defined per event, as everyone must complete their round under the same conditions, but the following will remain constant throughout all league and tournament events unless otherwise specified on league schedule:

• Stroke Play
• Gimmies: 2 ft.
• Putting: Normal
• Mulligans: (Staff use only to correct errors and honor bonuses)
• Gameplay: Force Realistic
• Concede Score: Triple Bogey weeks 1 through 3, Quad bogey week 4 through 10

10. All competitors must complete their round the week of the competition, or the week prior in order to resolve scheduling conflicts. Players will have 1 hour to complete their round. Rounds cannot be completed after the submittal date, or resubmitted after already completing a round.

11. Scores will be posted over the weekend after all rounds have been submitted.

12. Gross points(Weeks 1-10) and Net Playoff Points(Weeks 4-10) Distribution: Finishes will score points as follows.

• 1st - 500
• 2nd - 450
• 3rd - 400
• 4th - 350
• 5th - 300
• 6th - 250
• 7th - 200
• 8th - 150
• 9th - 100
• 10th - 50
• Participation - 10

* Double points and Triple points will be calculated on select courses.

13. Additional points are rewarded for the following weekly achievements for Net Points competition:

• Landing the Green on CTP Hole - 25 
• Net Birdies or better - 5
• Skill Challenge Win - 100
• Bankers Hcp Win - 1st-150, 2nd-100, 3rd-50

14. Additional points are rewarded for the the following weekly achievements for Gross Points competition:

• Birdies: 10
• Eagle or better: 30

2. All league members will get 40% off of the "Standard Rate" on their reserved tee times outside of tournament or league competitions whether playing alone or with others.

Disclaimers: Getting the best experience

*We all hate when we hit a shot and it is not picked up by the launch monitor, so below are some things that will allow you to get the best results ensuring your shots are read perfectly on every stroke.

1. Use a clean white or light colored golf ball.
2. Consider applying Club Stickers to ensure your club data is being read accurately along with the ball data.
3. Use our blue colored Bir-tees for all tee shots
4. Be sure that you have a putter selected if putting from off the green.
5. Be sure that you make it your intention is to hit the ball directly into the hitting screen in front of you and not into the sidewalls.
6. Be careful using your club to place the ball to avoid an accidental read. (Alert staff if this happens immediately to remedy)
7. "Topped" and highly errand shots are sometimes not read, so you will get a "Freebie" and will have to re-hit.
